Default North American BD Release of Asain Horror Films?

Any fans of Korean horror out there? I personally really like their style and storylines.

I was wondering how many Korean horror films had, or will have, a North American Blu-Ray release.

So far I am only aware of the following:

The Host

Bedevilled

I Saw The Devil

Hansel & Gretel (i have not seen this one)

I would really like to see The Red Shoes, The Wig, and the 3 Extremes films on Blu-Ray one day.

Any input on this topic would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Nice idea for a thread, dude.

I'm sure I'll get around to watching all the flicks mentioned in OP, eventually. I've heard nothing but great things about The Host and I Saw the Devil.

North American BD Release of Asian Horror Films would be even better, but that's just me nitpicking.

A Tale of Two Sisters was supposed to be released here, but it was either cancelled or postponed.

Oh yeah, that would be a better title! That would open the door to a ton more titles though and I was mainly wanting to know about Korean films, although I do love Asian horror in general. If the mods would like to change the title that's cool too!

I'm starting to discover some nice Indonesian horror films!

The Cat is coming out next Tuesday -- haven't seen it, but it looks great. I saw Sector 7 on Netflix, and it's a good popcorn creature feature, especially for those that like films like Deep Rising and Relic. I also just saw Chawz on Netflix, which is another creature feature but more of a horror/comedy -- actually, it's pretty much a comedy, but a really funny one at that.

There aren't many, though, so you're probably better off importing for some of the good stuff.

Thanks for the suggestions on those! The Cat looks interesting, I always pass by Chawz on Netflix and Sector 7 looks like fun.

You shouldn't pass by Chawz. I am watching it now on netflix and it's pretty good...and funny which I wasn't expecting.

Oh maybe there is. I got tired of waiting for it so haven't looked into it in a while.
