Default Choppy graphics during an movie...

The problem is with an inparticular movie. It runs great through the previews and my computer can play other bluray discs without similar issues. Ive even tried an different monitor and even exchanged the disc!

What happens is right about 1/2 way into the very beginning of the 20th century fox scene the movie just begins to what appears to be an sluggish loading of the video making it look choppy.

My computer doesnt appear to be taxed by this either.

My Specs:
2.66g Quad Core
4gigs of RAM
Nvidia Geforce 8800 GT
Vista
Ive tried it on my 40" 1080p TV and my 20" 900p computer screen with the exact same results(skips at the exact same spots every single time)

I beginning to think its some sort of software issue.

What movie?

Fox seems to update their titles more often than other studios, so if your software isn't up to date it may be an issue with that specific title.

Also, you the search funtion, you may find that your question has already been answered in another thread.

Yep i had the same problem with Rambo 4 using the OEM version of
PowerDVD 7.3 but worked fine with WinDVD 9

I am sure with the next update for PowerDVD 7.3 OEM it will work.
You need to have a few software players on hand.
