Default RGB Support Please help!

a while back there was a thread talking about how to tell if you display supports RGB. it had a pic with it that you could see only if your display supported RGB. i want to find it but dont remember what it was named. i did a search but RGB is to short to search for. maybe somebody remembers?

Please help!
