Currently interested in buying this tv. Is there any other tvs I should be looking at that are close to the 450 in quality and price? Also, should I buy this at best buy or amazon? It is cheaper on amazon, but how does buying online, warranty, etc. work? Any help would be appreciated...

Plasma ftw!! Gives you the effect like your watching out the window. Amazon have the Samsung PN42A450 for $899 right now with free shipping plus white glove delivery.

or go with the 5 series from costco.

they do extend the manufacturers warranty to 2 years. 90 day return policy.

10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, blah blah blah...

bought one a couple of days, and i wont lie, its beautiful for a 720p.

at 32 inches, i dont need 1080p.

the wierd part is? it does 'output' 1080p as mentioned on their website...
