Default Lg 4260fd Full hd, Calibration settings

Hi im new to the world of hd, I just purchased a full hd 42inch lg scarlet and im loving it its perfect with my ps3 and viewing hd channels, Only problem im having is that im a newb and have no idea to to set it up for playing blu ray off my ps3, I put it in cinema mode but it just seems very dark, So im thinking that i need to change the settings Contrast etc etc, But i know nothing so can anyone give me there settings or pointers? Sorry for posting in the main of this section but im finding it hard to get any info lol.

Thanks mate had a look, There is only 1 lg model in there and it isnt the one lol.
