Default AVC vs MPEG 4 for PSP
What is the better codec, AVC or MPEG 4 for use on a PSP?

I plan on using either AVC @ 384 Kbps or MPEG 4 @ 768. What would be the better of the two? File size shouldn't be an issue, since I have a SanDisk 4 GB.
