I was hoping Guilmero Del Toro would do it but oh well.

Oh my god, does this world need yet another video game based movie? Money hungry Hollywood says yes, but we say NO!

At least Uwe Boll isn't directing it.

Cool, Bioshock's story was excellent, should translate well to film. Plus the director ain't half bad.

I agree. I hope they don't ruin it by going PG-13.

They need an R rating to truly stick to the story. I hope this movie turns out good, not like other video game inspired movies *cough*Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat*cough*

I actually liked the resident evil trilogy & the first mortal kombat....Could they have been much better in every way? YES...but i still appreciate them and watch them every once in a while..I own the blu-ray trilogy of RE

Yes mortal kombat 2 and street fighter was horrible.

But bio shock should be a pretty decent movie given the talent around it.
And i think rated r or pg-13 either way...done right it could work.

And written by John "Lazy even when he isn't working with Tim Burton" Logan.

This game would make a great adaptation though. The only problem is getting someone intelligent enough to make it worth while.
