PHYSICAL: Dead actress' movie bowed on Dec. 1

DEC. 23 | PHYSICAL: Art for First Look Studios' DVD of Deadline starring Brittany Murphy is being pulled, according to reports on the Web site TMZ.com.
Redbox is reportedly taking down promotional posters of the film from its DVD rental kiosks.
The poster and DVD box artwork feature a scene with Murphy as a character appearing to be dying in a bathtub. Murphy died Dec. 20 of cardiac arrest in her shower.
Although the title was released Dec. 1, a few weeks before Murphy’s death, it’s believed the display of the artwork would nevertheless be viewed as insensitive.
Amazon.com did not have the DVD image on its site as of Dec. 23, although some other Web retailers were still showing it.
First Look is believed to be in the process of changing the box covers, but the company could not be reached for confirmation.

Always the copy cat possibility, although that would be awfully harsh as well as extrememly sad.
About all that would be left is some academy awards. That would make for a very creepy connection.

I've got the DVD, cover is the same. Not sure for the BD. Know this is really really really really old news. I'll watch it on DVD and see if it'll be wourth the bd pick up:3
