Another Comic book movie. Does this make Superman: The Man of Steel even less likely? I wish DC and WB would come out and give us their definitive plans for The Man of Steel.

For some odd reason, Bryan Singer just can't shake his fixation with comic books. After recently announcing his plans to produce the superhero film CAPESHOOTERS, Singer has announced his plans to direct FREEDOM FORMULA,a live-action feature based on a five-issue comic book series created by Edmund Shern. It's described as a futuristic Top Gun in which racing exo-suits have replaced fighter jets. The story focuses on a genetically engineered racer who learns that his bloodline has the power to change society. Umm, ok?

Hey Bryan, remember when you made that movie called USUAL SUSPECTS and it went down as one of the greatest films of our generation and everyone I know has seen it and is obsessed with it and you haven't done anything like it since? Me too I remember.
