Question Need Help with PowerDVD 8 (Experimental Questions)

Need to ask you guys a few questions (and do some experiment) with regard to PowerDVD 8. It's important ... at least to me.

(i) During the playback of blu-ray titles utilizing AVC or VC1, right-click on the screen and choose "Configuration", then go to the "Video" tab and select "Advanced", u should see a pop-up dialog box with 3 tabs (1 of the tabs is color and the other is video quality tab). What is the option in your video quality tab? Is it "auto" or "best"?

(ii) Try choosing and playing with different video quality options (i.e. from auto to best to good, etc.). Do you see any difference in video quality by selecting these different options? It's important, please let me know.

(iii) Also try playing with the color options under the color tab, do u see any difference by changing the color?

(iv) When you play a Universal title (say, "Doomsday"), does the video quality option change automatically from best to auto?

Need prompt answers as soon as possible. Please help.

You need to post your video card and connection type (DVI, HDMI, VGA, etc) and hope someone here has the same model card (or one with the exact same video processor) in order for the results to mirror what you would get on your system. Both Nvidia and ATI have gone through a few generations of onboard video processors in a pretty short time period, and some of the processing options are only available on the latest revision chipsets while playing Blu-ray.
