Default How do you capture still frames from online videos?

What program do you use or is best for doing so? Thanks

The way I do it is:

1) Pause the video
2) Press Ctrl + Prt Scr
3) Open Microsoft Paint
4) Go to Edit and hit the Paste Button
5) Use the cut and paste tool to "cut" the video out of the screen grab
6) Open a new file and paste

I'm sure there is a much simpler method, but this will work until someone a little more computer literate than me comes along.

thats one way but there are numerous dvd programs that allow you to do screen captures as well. Win DVD, and VLC Media Player are 2 I have used. But the CTRL+ Print Scrn is fail proof
