Cheap PS3

Has anyone ever seen this website.

They are claiming to sell refurbished playstation 3's for 35 bucks. I know it seems far fetched but the site looks legit. What do you guys think???

that is what i was thinking too, but if it was that "scammy" why would they charge so little and give it free shipping??

I think they lowball the price to catch enough people who think "well it's only $35, what's the risk?". Realistically the $35 probably wouldn't cover the shipping costs from Asia.

WHY IS THIS PLAYSTATION3 SYSTEM SO CHEAP?

i'm assuming you have to do one of those jump through the million holes survey things. like the spam you see advertising a free ps3 or 360 or wii. how do you know it's from asia? it's an american company w/ a .com address.

well, i have read that you can get a good deal on items like this. This one seems TOO good but they are refurbished. on others that are survey based, they ask for you CC number for a trial period. The catch to some of those is YOU have to cancel after the trial period or they automatically bill you. I have a friend that has received over 3k worth of stuff and only spent about 175 dollars. He told me that you HAVE to be all over the companies about canceling on time or your SOL. I want to try but I am horrible with follow up. Maybe when season kicks back in and I have extra money, I will try it.

that happened to me and pr0nz once, your right, you gotta be all over them, because they will be like, well you cancelled 3 days before we charged you for a $200 yearly subscription, however the cancellation process takes a week, so yeah, your screwed.

i was always smart enough to cancel right away and make 110% sure it was cancelled, but i know some friends who were dumb about that kind of stuff.

They take Visa and Mastercard. They will probably bill your account for the advertised price knowing they have nothing to ship to you and/or they will just keep billing your credit card for some crazy amounts while you try and dispute the charges.
