Default amazon promotional certificates
When you get a promotional certificate it sometimes says you must pay the balance of the order with a "credit card." Would debit cards with the appropriate logo work just as well?

Also, when selecting free shipping what determines whether they ship via USPS or UPS etc? Do more expensive orders get shipped UPS? (It's not just by how big a of a box they need cuz I've had orders for the same number of BDs shipped by different carriers with free shipping for)
