I am a big COD4 fan, I was thinking about picking this up, any impressions on it yet? How was the first game?

i really liked the first game. really looking forward to the second. got good reviews in one mag.

How is the online game play? Does it have the same feel as COD?

The first one had a hazy look to it that many people hated. I didn't mind it but the pics I've seen of the new one seem to be the same that way. I'll pick it up.

Do you think RB 2 will compare to COD4? Will it be better.. I'm interested. Never played any of the rainbows.. but I really like COD4.

I only found one review so far and it said that if you have expecations of COD4 that you won't be satisfied. The game has a slower pace then that of COD4, a little more strategy involved with ducking, manuevering etc.

Basically, COD4 set the bar so it doesn't sound like this one is going to satisfy the itch!!

Yeah this game is not fast paced as COD4 its more like Ghost recon 2 more stealth and stradegy the first 1 i thought was awesome on 360 but i have the 2nd one on pre order for ps3 so cant wait till tomrro

, guess I'll skip..thanks for the heads up... because if its not as good as COD4 I probably wont end up playing it anyways if purchased..

Hope HAZE has as high of game play and smooth of frame rate as COD4.. I mean we either need new maps, COD5 or another game to compete with it...

4 New maps on their way. There is one that is in a big warehouse that looks pretty much like Shipment, but just a little bigger and indoors.

PS3 version suffers from bad graphics, screen tear and a horrible framerate. Skip it guys.

COD5 is going to be made by another company and its going to be another wwII based game as if there wasnt enough already

Two completely different kinds of shooters. Vegas does its own thing real well.

It seems that Rainbow Six is more based on stealth and follow a tright strategy while COD is more of a follow the line and shoot.

i loved Rainbow Six Vegas. It is a little more strategical but not as strategical as Splinter Cell. you just cant run in and shoot them up, its based on using cover and moving between cover and using grenades. i really want the second one, cant decide if ps3 of 360? my 360 is on the fritz and that is sad to hear the ps3 is a little lackluster

you had to go to PS3 settings and turn off 1080p and 1080i to force the game to output in 720p. When you do that the game looks MUCH MUCH clearer. I found that out by trial and error.
