Lepzeig Predictions - Blu-ray Forum

Alright, lets hear your predictions for what Sony is going to show off at Lepzeig. I heard they got something like 12 new things to announce.

1. HOME
2. Life with Playstation
3. Uncharted 2
4. Hakuna Matata (they will try to treat this as a new announcement even thought its just Afrika)
5. 1 Previous Xbox 360 exclusive (nothing major)
6. Twisted Metal
7. A next-gen addition to a semi-major PS2 franchise
8. Some new Network feature
9. Possible New SKU/Holliday price cut
10-12. New IPs (however, don't be suprised if we have heard rumors of these games eg: Chain Limit)

doubt that will happen, they want to keep PS2 alive as long as possible as that is near pure profit for them.

Home and Life with Playstation delayed until 2012, and FF7 remake is a 360 exclusive... I try not to get my hopes up.

3. Home & precise Date for Beta
4. Life with PS - release on same day
5. Uncharted 2
6. Motostorm2 w/ release date
7. PSN Title previously unannounced
8. S-E w/ confirmation of a new PS3 exclusive title (previously anounced in the S-E event early August)
9. Bioshock PS3 & Announce of Bioshock 2 multiplat
10. Secret Title

Well they apparently have more announcements than they had at E3 so im going to say they at least have one good thing to put a smile on our faces. And then theyll rip it off our faces when its delayed.

It'll be the same stuff they've been showing for two years, yet again without firm release dates. Same as every other show Sony has had.

yep and expect wada to announce there going 360 exclusive tommorow at there event.

Well, except the fact that MS blew their load at E3 allowing Sony to retaliate big time at Lepzeig and Tokyo.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to get some killer news, but I want to be surprised. I'm not going to speculate, or get my hopes up.

eh..according to some people, final fantasy going multi was expected. so nothing too big really happened. its not like they announced a new system or something

there will be nothing as big as FFXIII going to the 360 announced from Sony.

But remember FFXIII is just 1 game.

Sony is going to begin flooding the market with 1st party exclusives, that MS doesn't have the resources to keep up with unless they want to run the xbox division further in the hole financially, which will result in its termination.

Expect a ton of 1st party announcements in the next year coming out of Sony.

It will all begin at Lepzeig.

other than FF, MS conferenance was a bust. i really don't expect that MS has much else in the pipeline, Im sure they will have something, but nothing big.

MS is going to try to take the market by buying TIMED exclusives and DLC.

Sony is going to try to take the market by ramping up 1st party developement.

I think the advantage goes to Sony.
