MMO's - Blu-ray Forum

Can anyone tell me the future of MMO's for PC and Next Gen Consoles b/c i know of no company that makes MMO's that have commented on Blu-ray technology. Anything you can give me will be fine. Also i would assume that MMO's would become more available on Next Gen systems b/c of the compression technology of Blu Ray.

Well MMOs are getting bigger and bigger so a storage medium that can accomodate that amount of data easily is as valuable as it is with upcoming PS3 games (which are all on BDs)

I think a safe bet will be vanguard for the ps3. It is made by Sony.

Vanguard is made by Sigil. Sony Online Entertainment only published the game and provides server support. With the way VG runs on top end PC (i.e. Crap) I highly doubt it will come to a console.

SOE has 3-4 MMOs planned for release on PC/PS3 but dont expect to see em till 2008.
