Preorder at gamestop gets you a code for beta starting Sept 1 along with an invite for 2 friends.

Downloading the Qore episode gets you into the beta Sept 8.

Cant wait! Pretty cool you can get invite 2 friends with your beta code though.

Well its going to work the way they did the MGS4 codes. You pre-order it and they will call you once the beta codes are in.

Well just pre order it and cancel it after you get the beta codes. Thats what i did for MGS4.

Someone needs to sue Gamestop already. You're NOT suppose to take the cover off. Their lame excuse is "oh, people steal games". Ah, shut up. There are millions of other stores out there who sell games. If I am paying full price for a game, I want it in mint condition. Plastic off, dust on box art and their employees can borrow games? Get out of this business, please.

I usually stick with Best Buy or Circuit City for my game purchases. As for this Beta, I already have the Qore episode. I can wait for a week, no problem. Other games can keep me busy. I just hope it lasts for a month at least.

I haven't even noticed they take the cover off. Been a while since I actually bought a game from them. I have bought a game from walmart before. It was sealed and everything but when I opened it, no book or game. Just a blank cd that had "HD MIX" written on it. LOL They took it back without any complaint thankfully.

I would also like someones code, I work at Best Buy, Gamestop is the worst, they told me on MGS4 (since they got them faster). That I actually had to put $5 down, and they wouldnt let me take it off. Just give me the BETA then, instead of wasting your time.

Yea, it is stupid that they take the plastic off. I only will buy from them if it is a preorder. Best Buy and other stores around me never have the game out in time. If you preorder the game and then pick it up, im sure it will be sealed.

Gamestop doesnt take plastic off of the BRAND NEW games..... like within a month of release...except for the one or so they have out on the shelf as display.

Its the older catalog stuff they do that for.
