I am curious as to what the specifications are for movies you see in your average movie theater? I'm sure some have better quality than others, but are you seeing a 1080p picture? Is it using a lossy track?

That seems the most logical, a theater won't limit itself to 5.1 speaker setup i am sure.
I was giving a presentation to a class at school once on Blu-ray, and I was asked the question what screen resolution is shown at the theater, so i asked you guys. I said probably 1080p but since its so big you probably can't fully notice the glory of the quality ![]() |
