what happens to all of your psn downloads when you get a new harddrive?

They get deleted.
As for your PSN PAID downloads, you must re-download them, they have the info. in your account so you don't have pay again.

As well - this question has been asked a lot of times, use the search button next time

You can re-download them free of charge.

OH. I figured they didn't allow that as a piracy security measure.

So if i have two ps3's I can have all my downloads on both? ;D

Can information and files be backed up to an external hard drive??
