How do you move all saved game files over to a new account?
I made a new account because people are afraid of my PSN: Bazylik666 *shrugs* and say they won't play with me cause it makes their souls cry *double shugs* I decided to make a new one but don't really want to go through everything again. How do I copy everything to the new account? I should mention that it's just sub account, should I make a new master account? |

Steps: 1. Place the USB drive into the PS3. 2. Go to the saved file and hit triangle. 3. Select Copy. Now it should transfer. If it doesn't work let me know as I may be confusing this with something else. |

just save all your game saves to a flash drive, then upload them once you have logged into your new profile and save them to the HDD.

Copy-protected game saves are the exception of course. |

I know Rainbow Six Vegas 2 you can't. I had someone at work told me they couldn't cause he tried to before upgrading his hard drive. He looked online and found out from other people the same thing. I'm not sure if there are more than that one, but as far as I know it's just that I've heard about.

That's why you use the backup and restore utilities built into the PS3 .. they will preserve protected content across upgrades. If he lost his game save .. he didn't have to.
