Trying to find a chair, sofa, or anything comfortable

I've been searching around for a something to relax on in front of my tv but can't seem to find anything at a decent price. There was a chaise at lazboy but it was about $2600. I have a budget of $200 for this, make a recommendation if you can.

You can find a lot of chairs in the $250-$300 range, but $200 might be pushing it a bit.

Go to your local big furniture store and look in their "As-is" section. It's amazing the deals you can find. I bought a $2000 leather couch for $800 and to this day I never have found what's wrong with it.

You have to assemble it yourself, but the shipping is only $2.79.

Not sure where you are located, but places like Sticks and Stuff sometimes have deals on some nicer items (not circa 1972). We have a Rooms to Go outlet near us and they have some cracking prices on reasonable items.

Hit some yard sales. You can find some great cheap stuff. Another way to go if you don't have pets is inflatable furniture.

Not sure what part of the country you live in, but if you have them, try Big Lots, they have furniture in most and some is very cheap and actually good enough quality. We have one in our territory that we wander around from time to time waiting for someone to call 911. I've seen quite a few pieces in there around $200

Check Craigslist. Sometimes people will be giving away furniture if you are willing to pick it up.
