Default Transformers shipping (Axelmusic)

Yo,

Did a quick search for a proper thread to post this in, or to see if it had already been posted. No luck, so here goes:

Axelmusic.com just shipped my order of Transformers: Special Edition Blu-ray. 2 weeks prior to release - Tho strangley, the order of Heroes is still not shipped, which comes out a week prior... anyway.

Just thought people might want to know if they want to get their hands on the disc a little early.

Sorry if it's been posted before, couldn't find it on search if it was.

/P

Nice find! Enjoy when you get it early...

I am willing to wait another 3 weeks and save a few bucks though.
Hopefully Amazon will ship Heroes on time!

happens...I have been in WM before and movies are out weeks before release. TF is a catalog title so chances are its not as scrutinized as the New releases

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say it is. Paramount has yet to release a region locked Blu-ray. I find it hard to believe they'd start now. I'll know next week for sure anywho

2-3 days to Ireland, if that's any help. I'm sure it's much the same to the UK.
They're fast, but a tad pricey.

Has anyone else that recently ordered it through Axel received their copy yet or received an email stating that its shipping? I'm thinking of ordering it through here, but I don't want to be stuck with 2 copies.

I have just ordered mine.

I am in Canada, so compared to Amazon's shipping rates it comes about $3 more expensive and probably at the same price range (with taxes) this is going to be sold here...

Have you received you copy by now? I am just wondering about the quality. I own the HD-DVD and still contemplating on buying the Blu Ray. I heard that the only difference is that the Blu Ray has True HD Sound and honestly the Dolby Digital Plus Soundtrack on my HD-DVD sounds awesome.

Looking at your system specs in your signature, you should already know how much better soundtracks are in relation to the HD Audio counterparts.

I'm sure that the Dolby Digital Plus soundtrack sounds really good, don't get me wrong, but I haven't listened to a single blu-ray which the HD Audio codec did not improve the audio quality from its lossless counterpart.

Now I'm not saying all HD Audio movies sound good, but in comparision to their lossess, its always been better.
