Heroes BD-Live - Blu-ray Forum

I've just bought the season 1 & 2 box set of Heroes on Blu and all over the box it distinctly says 'BD-Live enabled' for discs 1 and 2 of season 1 - but I can't find any BD-Live options when playing the disc! Is there something I'm missing or is it a mislabel?

It's a Region B purchase by the way.

what audio does this have is it DTS HD MA cos universal always used to be tight with the audio on region B releases in the UK with HDDVD

Yep - it's English Language Only DTS HD MA! No other audio options available.

Nope - still can't find anything that looks even remotely BD-Live related on the options.

From what I understand, the BD-LIVE isnt LIVE until the official release date

How's the quality of the blu-ray? Is it worth buying the blu-ray version?

Quality is pretty good IMO - there is a fine layer of grain over the picture throughout which may put some people off but I think it looks great. That being said though there have been one or two instances of the blacks looking a bit 'blocky' at times (not sure what the technical term is) but after almost 8 hours of watching so far I don't think it happening a couple of times is anything to complain about!

Still haven't figured out where the BD-Live options are though.

on the back of the box on season 2 it says disc one is BD-live ready. look for announcements at www.universalHiDef.com when universal launches BD-Live
i might be wrong but i think that means its not up and running yet, but i cant find any Bd-live option either i have usa version

BD-Live is not available just yet, which is why you can't find it. How it is enabled? I have no idea, maybe an update?

Still not figured out how to access this stuff yet. I did notice some screenshots of the BD-Live interface on the box too - but still can't figure out how to access it.
