problems with region free blu-rays - Blu-ray Forum

has anyone at all had problems with any region free blu-rays when playing on there player at all... as i have with indana jones and iron man. iv done the update for the bdps300 to 4.20 and they still dont work yet ive imported loads of other region free blu-rays and they have all worked ..

why won't they run?

i have a UK import of transformers and it a good 5-7 mins to load the movie and ironman has a one off long download (depending on your connection) my two cents.

It may have to do with firmware issues on your BD player then with anything involving region coding issues. Some players are choking on the latest releases until the manufacturers update the firmware.
