so with the addition of the big ten network to my line up, i am not Hot mad at comcast

Me: yes id like to complain about a channel i am not getting

comcast lady: can i get your account info ( name, address, zp, etc)

me: sure here you go

comcast lady: ok Whats the channel?

Me: ESPNU for whatever reason i am now getting big 10 network im in charlottsville not Ohio, this is dumb

Comcast lady: can i get your zipcode

Me: Um ok i just gave you that ( i say to myself) 22963

Comcast lady: whats the channel?

Me: ESPN U!!!! and i know we are not getting it im complaning that we are not( that i said to her)

Comcast lady: Ok , yea im showing you are not getting that station (ME thinking to myself, I JUST TOLD YOU THAT)

Comcast lady: whats your complaint?

Me: THAT I AM NOT GETTING IT!!!!!!!!

Comcast lady: yea we have no controll over what is offerd in your area

Me: Click , call over
