Messed up,please help. - Blu-ray Forum

I deleted a demo by accident,have a slow internet connection, and would hate to have to download it again.
I haven't turned off the PS3 since I deleted it. Is there a way to get it back or is it gone for good?

Yea, but if you delete something on a pc you can always retreive it. Was hoping there was a trash bin for the PS3.

There are special programs that can retrieve stuff that has been indeed deleted on a hard drive. But you'd have to remove the HD from the PS3, somehow put it in a PC, get the aforementioned program, retrieve the data and put the HD back in the PS3.
It's much more simple to re-download.

I'm expecting it to take about 2 1/2 hours which is what it always takes.

Plus I'm on sucky a$$ Hughes satalite and I can only download between 3-6am or I go over there stupid fair access limit!
