I think my current favorite is "So Hard to Share" on John Mayall's 1969 album The Turning Point:

Traffic - The Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys

Dunno if these count strictly as solos, but the ends of Hazel O'Connor's "Will You" and Joe Jackson's "Be My Number Two" are probably my faves.
