Default Vinyl enthusiasts...best setup???

I'd like to do a complete overhaul of my turntable, speakers, etc. I'm looking to create a great setup, but I'd also like to keep it relatively reasonable. I know some turntables can run upwards of $300,000. So, for someone on a budget ($10,000-30,000), what would be the best setup. This includes turntable, tonearm & cartridge (if necessary), preamp, speakers, and anything else that might be necessary? Any help is greatly appreciated.
