Major Firmware Updates for most Sony Blu-ray Players

Normally, I wouldn't bother creating a thread, but Sony's support site is a little odd at the moment (with the updates not in their normal place), and since these are all (at least by version numbering) fairly major updates, here goes. New updates available (US links below):

BDP-S1 - v 4.10

BDP-S300/301 - v 4.20

BDP-S500 - v 4.00

BDP-S2000ES - v 4.00


The main change is improved BD-J performance on all machines, as well as the BDP-S300 officially supporting Dolby TrueHD decoding (Paidgeek has long said it already did, but now its official).

Hope that helps anybody who didn't already know about the update.
