Talking new the blu-ray

hey all i am new to bluray and i have a couple of questions, i have been saving up my points on disney rewards and i almost have enough to buy the hd tv, http://disney.eprize.net/moviereward..._selected=25-5 the question i have is if i do get that tv will i be able to watch bluray movies that are 1080i and or 1080p when it says the hd tv is Quality 720p

You can only see the lowest quality when having a difference between two elements. So in this case your TV outputting 720 lines cannot show you 1080 lines. But if the TV is not too big, 720 lines should be fine.
