just looking through ebay and found this auction. should i hop on this or is this price nothing special?

compared to the other prices listed for the same product it seems to be a fair price. I am not to familiar with these speakers, but they look great and for 1200 seems fair... maybe others can add their thoughts on these...

I hate when someone is selling something online and they show an advertisement pic and not the actual item being sold.

well the fact that he says is only 1 year old seems strange considering this is the series they quit making in 2005 (I'm pretty sure anyway). I think you could do better buying seperate and get the newer model line (see my sig)

Klipsch seems to be a good deal but as previous mention should have the (Actual pics) of them. Ask them to seen actual pics. before bidding.

DO NOT BID!

1. didnt anyone notice hes got no feedback yet???
2. dont bid until you email him, find out more pix. a decent seller would email immediately, or at least respond.
3. ask for his location, and his shipping details, from that point you'd get yourself a good response and again, his integrity as a seller.

id also prefer to go with brand new ones from bb's magnolia (did i mention theyre cleaning house for the newer icon series?)

Yeah thats a great price but as jomari points out, this seems a bit too good to be true... and you should be able to pick up the towers and center for about that price brand new... then the surrounds for an additional 200 or 300 and a great sub for anywhere from 200-2000

You can still get the 35 series - my local tweeter could order them as of this summer. pr of RB-35's was $300.

Yeah dont bid til you see real pics and talk to this guy. Good luck
