I got mine at my local Walmart for $20.

they sell them everywhere now. I see them at wal-mart and best buy all the time.

Shooter was, for awhile, hard to find because it was a Paramount title for one, and another because it was released about three weeks before Paramount stopped supporting Blu-ray. Now it's pretty easy to find.
