Default Just back from seeing Gran Torino

and aside from paying 59 dollars for movie tickets, popcorn and drinks the movie was absolutely amazing. I had high expectations for this movie and it surpassed them with flying colors. Has anyone else seen the movie yet?

Thanks for posting this. No, I haven't seen it yet, but I'm a huge Eastwood fan and I am so looking forward to seeing Gran Tarino. It doesn't seem to be playing close to me in San Diego so I'll have to wait until it opens in more theaters.

It is so good, it would be worth a drive somewhere. If you like Dirty Harry, you'll like this.

Really good movie. In my top 5 for the year. Classic Eastwood story. I hope he's recognized with the plethora of awards available.

4 stars!

^back to the movie, I really want to see this one. It helps to know that you and Jasonbird both like it. I like to know that it's not just for critics but regular people.

I loved the movie. It wasn't at all anything that I was expecting. I laughed a lot during it and it had a great story. A def. must see. I'll buy it when it's released on blu.
