Default March at last.

Whew, seemed like it took forever, and yet time flew by. This is gonna be a great month for the PS3.
1. PS3 launches in Europe
2. Great games are getting released, aka Motorstorm, Oblivion, Rainbow Six etc
3. The infamous march update.

Are you ready for this? All that i can say is thank god i get paid next week =p. Those games are gonna rack up a bill

Oblivion may have got pushed to the 20th but it still comes it time for our european PS3 launch. Time flys by and were getting more lauch games than we would have had it launched back in november.

I'm still not happy about the removal of the EE&GS but if they have managed to sort their backwards compatibilty through software emulation i'm fine with it as i'm sure it's the first step we've seen sony take to get the price down soon.

We've also heard that a 1000+ PS2 titles will be playable from the off so i guess my 50+ PS2 games should work

That is what Sony needs to stfu and not add to their own negative PR!!!!!!! 1000+ games eqauls over 50% BC which isnt bad, since most of the games we still have are going to be handled. Sony goes and opens their stupid mouth to early and gets people in an uproar about what will turn out to be a trivial problem that can be fixed via firmware.

Is that really good or decent coming from IGN? I'm not sure what they typically rate games.

And yes March is the best month. My 21st is on the 19th, Borat comes out, Motorstorm, and many other great blu-ray movies and games.

Good for them on PS3 games. Only one game has been rated better by them, that being Resistance, with VF5 and FN3 being rated at 8.8.

IGN seems to be slightly slanted to me lately though, I used to love them. I guess I'll wait to see how they rate Oblivion compared to 360's version.
