No serious gamer owns just 1 console anymore, i myself have all 3 for this gen already. And with that said, most people in the world would not be happy with just a 360, but would be happy with just a ps3 come this holiday season with some amazing titles out.

I consider myself a serious gamer but I only own a PS3. X360 has no exclusives that interest me.

It's intersting they have Monster Hunter 3 for PS3, I didn't even know Capcom was doing a Monster Hunter game for PS3.

360 was a good stopgap for HD gaming, it was out first and Gears of War was an excellent game (and i despise FPS games, but this game was made for everyone and it shows, graphics are flippin amazing too). PS3 is here now, it will show up with the top exclusives like usual, especially from Sonys in house and a very loyal Square Enix that knows that 360 = dead in japan and that is their home territory, and they obviously love HD gaming, so there is only one choice for them. It will be a FANTASTIC holiday season this year for gaming, that is assured. I am also looking forward to Monster Hunter 3!
