So latley I have been noticing something odd out my HDTV (model number is in the sig). It seems that scenes that involve the actor walking towards the screen, usually with a dark background, will create this weird swaying look.
It's hard to explain. It's almost ghost like. As he is walking towards the screen you can see a ''lagging'' look that follows his head. I have noticed this in movies like 3.10 to yuma, batman begins, and especially one scene in 21. When I go to the settings on my tv and turn noise reduction to off this goes away (but creates a lesser picture, in my opinion anyway, so I leave it on low). Any idea why this may be happening? When I first got my tv I didn't notice this at all but the more I watch movies the more I see it (maybe because now sometimes im looking for it). Any ideas? |
