FNC Add Culture have announced will be releasing the action film The Villainess early February.

I wasn’t really that impressed with The Villainess. I had such high hopes for it too

Yeah, telling the story out of sequence can work but here i stopped caring after the like 4th flashback ... the action was great though.

That first scene was awesome but after that I just really lost interest. I got the Arrow edition, so i'm happy I didn't pay extra for a special edition as this movie in my opinion is not special enough for a special edition. I'm actually sad that I'm saying this as I was so excited about getting it.

I loved this movie - and will definitely go for that amazing packaging. Heck yes!

Nova lists it as a plain edition, anyone know if they hinted at something more limited coming later?

They did say they do not have any plans for a Limited Edition for now.

And on that note... pre-ordered. Again, I love the box-art to this one and will part with the US release by giving it to a friend or something. Absolutely badass.

Yeah, I’m totally with you on this one. I think the Fullslip looks gorgeous! Been hearing a lot of mixed reviews to it, so I look forward to checking it out.

I can understand why people are split down the middle on this - personally, I am on the side of those who love it. I personally don't need constant action down my throat so long as it is meaningful. This movie might sell it like it is non-stop action but plays more-so like a darker drama with a revenge story entangled in it... but that works for me, personally.

If you like the lead actress, this will also be an easy film to enjoy. I happened to watch this on the same day as Atomic Blonde and this was a much, much better film than that. Not sure if you like or dislike that one... but perhaps that helps provide an additional opinion in that split you noted.

Agree with Batman, I can see why some don't like it. I saw it in theaters and everyone seemed positive after. It's definitely worth renting to see first, but if you ordered this and didn't like it, I'm sure you'd find a buyer as many did really enjoy.

Received this last week. It's actually an O-Ring, and not a Fullslip. I guess I should have expected that as all FNC Add Culture Plain Editions have been O-Rings. Watched the film yesterday and I quite enjoyed it personally. Just the right balance of action and drama. But yeah, like @ZeTi mentioned above, it could have done with a few lesser flashbacks and flashforwards.

I got one additional postcard/picture inside the case itself. That is it though - absolutely love the case and goes along well with one of my fave releases of 2017.
