Island of the dead?

Anyone hear the news today that George Romero is filming a new zombie pic in canada from this week? rumoured to be called "Island of the dead"..article on AICN doesnt say if it is linked at all to the other films or if it's a micro budget production like Diary was..it does star kenneth welsh of twin peaks fame and many other movies, so the budget might be a bit higher on this one..lets hope so..and lets hope it's beter than Diary?...i've prob now gotta find extra space for the impending blu ray release at some point.

I thought Diary was a good effort, it just wasn't scary, and was comedic at times, most of those being the scenes with the Amish farmer.
