dts hd losless 5.1

On titles die hard 2, 3, and fly boys when I select the dts hd lossless option the sound come out super distorted and choppy. I can play Live free or die hard, Ice Age no problem, whats the deal with these titles, Is it the discs themselves, my bdp-35o sony player or my reciever? Dont understand, Help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I had the set diehard 1-4,and on #2 i select dts hd and there no sound,I returned the set & receive a new set, same thing,no sound on #2,returned it and the store said all there set had problem.I no longing have the diehard set.
