why would you need to pay to download cover art? Every disc I bought came with it? Sounds like you are violating their TOS and thats why its getting deleted, paid member or not.

uhhh, because that site is a site dedicated to custom cover art, like R1db.com replacethecase.com and hirescovers.net

Check out http://www.cdcovers.cc/. The site is free and the covers are numerous, and yes they have Blu Ray covers.

however most are crap quality. you can find some good ones, but I always find a ton of ones that are like 96dpi. On most of the sites mentioned above they have a minimum standard of 300 dpi

Yeah, I used it a couple times to replace some waterdamaged covers. I'm sure there's way better places.

Many covers just have plain sucky artwork. I create custom ones that I think look a hell of a lot better than what the studios slap together. Also many times we buy used discs where there's a rip in the cover or have gotten some off ebay with no case at all.
