That is awesome!

Looks like an extreme version of something they would do on that old Discovery show Monster House

Frankly, not that impress. Look's extremely cheap for the price she probably paied for it. You can have much better house built, still be green and not looking like you live in a dumpster. Anyway it's her home and she look's happy good for her but don't sign me up for one.

Not for me, but a neat idea I guess. I would like to know the total cost after the house is completed.

There was a woman in Mississippi a few years ago that bought a junk passenger plane and placed it where the nose of the plane extended out over a lake. Even put a hot tub in the cockpit. I want to say she paid 2 grand for it. Once you remove the avionics, controls and anything else worth selling, the shell itself is only worth the scrap value of the metal.

I've seen these things before. Neat, but that's about as much good as I'd say about it. I would not want to live in something that's like 15' (or less) wide. You're basically living in a small mobile home...that used to be an airplane. For a permanent dwelling, this whole idea is just too novel for my tastes; like they're trying too hard to be different just for the sake of being different.

But your house of cans, jars and junk mail won't look as cool.
