I recently bought a Panasonic BD65 blu-ray player. One problem I'm having with it is that when I power-off the player from the Vudu interface, the player will power-off, and then immediately power back on. It's like a reset instead of a power-off. It happens like 98% of the time I'm in the Vudu interface. Connecting the player directly to my TV doesn't solve the problem either. I have the Viera Link option turned off in the player's setup menu.
This power-off problem only happens when I'm in the Vudu interface and the only workaround to it is to actually exit the Vudu interface before powering off my blu-ray player. My player powers off like it should in everything else but Vudu. Does it sound like a bug in the firmware or do I have a defective player? |
