How are these speakers? - Blu-ray Forum

Ive decided to get some new speakers. ...Mine are perfectly fine, but they are pretty ugly in my opinion... The second i saw these in-wall (

) speakers from monoprice, i decided that i needed them.
Question is, are they any good? I know some of you crazy people on here have that insane sense of "speaker-quality-telling" just by looking at their specs.

The price is amazing as well. Im generally over the "Hmmm.... for that cheap, they cant possibly be good" feeling when ordering from monoprice.

Ive got an (Annoying. See my other thread) Onkyo 605 by the way.

These are cool too. They sound alot better for only about 10 bucks more, so you know... whatever. Its only 40 bucks. I AM buying 4 by the way. (Surf and back speakers).

What speakers are you replacing? I don't know if I would order speakers from monoprice. I could be wrong.

They have silk tweeters and kevlar drivers. I guess it would sound alright. You'd have to have the final say in how it sounds though.
