Yeah white castles, mcdonalds, burger king, taco bell- it's all the same thing. The food is so unhealthy it's ridiculous. I havn't eaten any fast food in a couple of years due to the fact that it is incredibly unhealthy.

That and mcdonalds destroys the rainforest.

In all seriousness, I've stopped severly cut down eating from Mc D's BK, Wendy's and other places similar. I'll eat thier but once in a while (once every few months at the most).

a lot of things are incredibly unhealthy for you. more so than fast food. like smoking for example. plus anything is bad for you if you abuse it. but in moderation it's not so bad. fast food places lately have been a real bum rap.

If you look at places around the world most of their fast food joints (that don't include mcdonalds, taco bell, burger king) they're all full of health foods. People call america fat for a reason, becuase the rest of the world practices good diet habbits . So you're telling me a wendys triple classic is good for you in moderation would you like a biggie fry and a large DIET coke with that
