Default HD vs DVD Screen grab Comparison's

I'm sure we all like to rub peoples face in "it" when they wonder what the big deal it with HD and the standard DVD pictures.

So ages ago I came across this wicked comparison someone did to show just what the differance was....

Mouseover any of the images to see the differance - http://www.cornbread.org/FOTRCompare/index.html

my question is, does anyone know of anymore site like this?

Standard DVD

HD

How'd that guy get the HD screenshots of the Fellowship? Was it on a HD channel?

Words cannot describe how much I'm waiting for LotR to hit Blu.

I'd say TNT, but they usually crop the picture.

I'm sure you're wrong...... I don't care if people have HD DVD, SD DVD, Blu-ray, VHS, bunny-ears... etc.....

I like HD content..... if others don't feel the upgrade is worth their money, that's up to them.

Well the LotR's and Star Wars movie are nothing but a bunch of fudged up HD movies on tv. Wait until they come out on Blu.

Hey, that's my site up in the OP, glad you guys liked it!

The HD LotR feed was I believe captured from pay channel airing of it. It wasn't TNT, I don't think, because there's no bug in the corner and it doesn't have fade-downs or anything for commercial breaks.

And yes, I'm really looking forward to the trilogy on Blu-Ray too.
