Planet Terror I have read is not a Steelbook.

I could really care less for planet terror, Death Proof was my fave. But wasnt there rumor for a Grindhouse SB?

I'm guessing not actually, because it never had a theatrical release in Germany, therefore it never had to go through the German censors.

I wouldn't think there would be much for Tomb Raider 2; it's available at a few places (or at least it was) in the US for less than $20. Probably all gone now at that price though.
