Default Blu-Ray PC Drives and Profile Updates
Please excuse my noobishness, and sorry if this has been asked before.

I was in the market for a stand alone blu-Ray player, but have now decided to get a PC drive blu-Ray player. But it occurred to me, profile updates. So my question is, are blu-Ray PC drives effected by profile updates? or is it just the software playing the movie title that's effected.

And also, cool forum, very helpful.
