I got this, and though the video is kinda of sh*tty. The audio is very good, and you get a cd that is a totally seperate recording. It's basically $8 for a blu ray concert and $8 for a live concert cd. It's a good deal if you like the band.

Is it better or as good as Bullet In A Bible?

Hmmm, it has more of there older songs on it. So that would probably depend on how much you like their American Idiot CD. Bullet in A Bilble is like 85% American idiot, 15% other stuff.

I liked it. The sound production is top notch on both the blu and cd. I can understand people's complaints about the pq. But this is a live concert by a rock/punk band. The audio is crisp, the set list is strong....F**k it.

Why do some bands insist on cutting songs out of the release of their own concert dvds and blu-rays? There is no way the set list they played was only 15/16 songs.

Combined with the really low pq score, no matter how much I love the band, I'll probably wait to see if it drops down from $18 to the $10 range.

This is also true. Cause when I saw them in Irvine, CA. they played from like 8:30-11:15. They played probably 30+ songs.

One reason that may be, is that if they put out a 3hr blu ray. That would be a double cd, and possibly count toward two albums with there record label depending on their contract with their record label.

I personally found the audio album it comes with to be better than the recorded concert on Blu-Ray. The CD includes (in my opinion) better performances of songs that are on both the Blu and the CD, and includes a lot of great tracks not on the Blu-ray. The three bonus songs on iTunes (Letterbomb, Christie Road, Paper Lanterns) are amazing as well.

Why can't they friggin' just focus on putting out a great concert VIDEO already? Honestly, I don't even care about the cd.

Bullet had those interruptions and was almost all American Idiot and this release could have been epic if they'd just released the show similar to the over 2 hour show I saw in Glendale last year and not about HALF of the total concert.

2 missed opportunities in my opinion. Very disappointing.

I work 10 hours a day with my ipod right next to me, so the concert cd is a BIG plus. I'm not arguing that the video should of been clearer, but for what your getting, it's worth the $16.64 I spent.

supposedly awful video quality. And Green Day is one of those bands that are supremely annoying. I barely made it though the "Bullet" dvd once....then promptly traded it in.
No thanks.

If you find the band annoying why would you of bought bullet in the first place?

And why “contribute” to a thread you have no interest in?
