Default A new reciever for my Panasonic 800U

I recently purchased a new Panasonic 50" 800U, and I need to upgrade my old Marantz reciever. I'm considering the Yamaha RX-V663. I have a Miller&Kriesel sound system. Will this reciever be a good fit for this system?

Do you have a set budget? If you can squeeze it, look at the 805. If you want the newest model, look at the 806.

Thanks for the reply. I do have a budget of around $500. Also, I have read that the Onkyos get pretty hot. Is this true?

The 606 should be just fine then. If not, the Yamaha will work nicely as well.
