Cool Box vs menu design

What do you like better - Fancy cases or artsy menus? I personally like how elaborate the main menu transitions are, but I would like to see what others think.

I prefer box art over menus as well.

The problem with fancy menus is that they are really cool the first time or two that you use them. After that, they tend to get tedious and annoying (esspecially if you cannot skip past them to just get to the content). I do like having a menu of some type (and I hate the fact that WB Blu-Rays tend to not have a main menu at all). I like it to look nice, but I don't want it to be over the top with time consuming transitions, etc.
